Took the 9Km 'Pendam' Trail, following yesterday's exhertions. Free map again from the info centre, and it turned out to be miles better than Macynlleth's offering yesterday. The signage was top notch, but best of all were the tracks... lots of mad singletrack, and a real roller coaster ride. I was grinning stupidly all the way around. Ascents were on forest roads so not too bad. Technically I was on the edge of my abilities, and think it was more by luck than by skill that I didn't come off.

Altogether a fantastic ride, the best I've had so far in the UK. No height barrier at the car park so it's going to be impossible to ever drive past this place again, with or without caravan. The 9 Km took about an hour. Brilliant.
